The Action Lab’s Worker Power Initiative trains, connects, and inspires the next generation of labor leaders. We help everyday workers move to sustained organizing—building power across workplaces and communities.
Through training, mentorship, and experiments with new organizing models, we strengthen collaboration across sectors and expand the infrastructure needed to grow a vibrant, coordinated labor movement for the long haul.
