Flavia Jimenez

Flavia has been in the non profit world since 2002, when she learned about movement lawyering at We Are Casa in Maryland. Since then, she has been in a variety of roles and is now the Managing Director of Organizational Development and Leadership at Advancement Project, a racial justice organization. She comes to The Action Lab to take an intentional break from the pressures of the work and life responsibilities so that she can be more grounded for the work ahead. She currently lives in Silver Spring, Maryland.
