Learning & Leadership

Through fellowships, retreats, and training programs, The Action Lab helps organizers and leaders grow stronger and more grounded in their work. From our Art of Purpose fellowship to our Strategy School and Take A Breath residencies, we blend political education, somatic practice, and strategic training to strengthen and sustain people, organizations and movements for the long haul. Our Learning & Leadership programs create space to reflect, refine, connect, and renew—so the work for justice can continue with strength, discipline, clarity and power.
The National Organizing Mentorship Initiative (NOMI) is a multi-year mentorship program that will pair emerging organizers with experienced movement leaders to strengthen strategy, relationships, and resilience.
