About National Organizing Mentorship Initiative

The National Organizing Mentorship Initiative (NOMI) is a multi-year mentorship program that will pair emerging organizers with experienced movement leaders to strengthen strategy, relationships, and resilience. Combining political education, campaign strategy, and embodied leadership practice, NOMI will build a stronger leadership pipeline and a more connected, effective and sustainable organizing ecosystem—training hundreds of organizers each year to lead with purpose and power.
